Return & Refund Policy

At Kucozy, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund when appropriate.

For returns that are not due to our error, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
