At Kucozy, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
